Natasha Ferré
Cofounder
Natasha Ferré is a distinguished media professional with over 27 years of expertise in storytelling and high-quality content creation across TV and streaming services.Her extensive career includes roles in directing, producing, and content development, with a strong focus on concept creation. Natasha is also a respected consultant and keynote speaker, having shared her insights with HTV, one of Vietnam’s largest TV networks, on five occasions.

Niika Daria
Cofounder
A highly-skilled creative production executive and practitioner with extensive experience in broadcast, film and digital media. Niika brings together storytelling, technical expertise, business acumen and emotional intelligence to deliver beautiful content with impact.I have a proven track record in developing and managing creative and production teams in a best-practice environment, delivering projects for national and global clients.

Natasha Ferré is an acclaimed media visionary with over 27 years of experience crafting powerful stories across broadcast, digital, television, and streaming platforms. Renowned for her creative excellence and strategic insight, Natasha has built a distinguished career spanning directing, producing, and developing original content that resonates deeply across cultures and audiences worldwide.A master of concept creation and narrative design, Natasha’s work combines innovation with emotional depth. She is also a highly respected consultant, mentor, and keynote speaker, making history as the first Westerner invited to speak five times at HTV, one of Vietnam’s largest and most influential broadcast networks. This milestone underscores her global impact and her authoritative voice in the media industry.Among Natasha’s notable achievements is the creation, pitching, production, and funding of the globally recognized Ballistyx Snowboard Show (Ch10 & 9/GO). Airing for six seasons and 52 episodes, the show reached approximately 100 million viewers internationally on free-to-air networks. It was the first free-to-air snowboard TV show broadcast in Australia and many other countries worldwide.Her directorial work includes Eat in Love (Amazon Prime) and powerful documentaries such as Ngarra Jarra Noun (7Plus) and Gathering Voices (ICTV), all of which highlight her unwavering commitment to impactful, authentic storytelling. Natasha has also been honoured with the award for Excellence in Aboriginal Community Engagement and Storytelling two years in a row, reflecting her dedication to culturally meaningful and community-focused media. Additionally, she actively mentors emerging talent in Aboriginal media, fostering the next generation of storytellers and creators.Natasha’s outstanding contributions have earned her multiple award nominations, including ‘Producer of the Year,’ ‘Program of the Year,’ and ‘Presenter of the Year’ at the National Antenna Awards (2007/2008). Her program Ballistyx Snowboard Show also won ‘Camera Work of the Year,’ cementing her reputation for excellence in production.

With a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing creative and production teams, Niika consistently drives innovation and excellence across projects for national and global clients.Niika’s dynamic career began in front of the camera with breakout roles in iconic Australian series such as Neighbours and the ABC’s Eugenie Sandler PI. Her on-screen presence gained national attention when she became the lead ambassador for Network 10’s National Youth Suicide Prevention campaign.Her move into journalism as an investigative reporter and presenter on NOVA Radio ignited a deeper passion for truth-seeking and storytelling, a path that ultimately led her into filmmaking and producing. This foundation in uncovering human stories continues to inform
her work today.As the writer and presenter of the documentary Screaming Underwater, Niika explores the complex inner worlds of women living with depression and neurodiversity, offering a powerful narrative of hope, resilience, and visibility. Expanding her influence behind the camera, Niika served as Executive Producer on the upcoming feature film What About Sal, directed by and starring Australian icon John Jarrett. She shares this role alongside esteemed Co-Executive Producer Anne Brunning, marking a strong, collaborative effort in championing original Australian storytelling.Niika also works closely with OAM Alan Finney, the revered ‘godfather of film’, on initiatives supporting local film distribution and philanthropic programs that nurture emerging talent in the Australian screen sector.Her diverse portfolio includes collaborations with leading organisations such as the BBC, ABC, Network 10, Headland Consultancy, and various federal and state government bodies.
