Natasha Ferré
Cofounder
Natasha Ferré is a distinguished media professional with over 27 years of expertise in storytelling and high-quality content creation across TV and streaming services.Her extensive career includes roles in directing, producing, and content development, with a strong focus on concept creation. Natasha is also a respected consultant and keynote speaker, having shared her insights with HTV, one of Vietnam’s largest TV networks, on five occasions.
Niika Daria
Cofounder
A highly-skilled creative production executive and practitioner with extensive experience in broadcast, film and digital media. Niika brings together storytelling, technical expertise, business acumen and emotional intelligence to deliver beautiful content with impact.I have a proven track record in developing and managing creative and production teams in a best-practice environment, delivering projects for national and global clients.

Notable achievements in Natasha’s career include the creation, pitch, producing and funding of the globally recognised 'Ballistyx Snowboard Show' (Ch10 & 9/GO), which aired for six seasons and 52 episodes, reaching approximately 100 million viewers internationally on free to air networks. It was also the first free to air snowboard TV show ever to air in Australia and in many countries across the world Her directorial work on 'Eat in Love' (Amazon Prime) and on documentaries like 'Ngarra Jarra Noun' (7Plus) and 'Gathering Voices' (ICTV) underscore her commitment to impactful storytelling.Natasha’s outstanding work has garnered multiple award nominations, including 'Producer of the Year,' 'Program of the Year,' and 'Presenter of the Year' at the National Antenna Awards (2007/2008), where the program won the 'Camera Work of the Year' for 'Ballistyx Snowboard Show

Niika's vast experience spans over acting, direction and production. She has had main roles in Neighbours and The ABC’s Eugenie Sandler PI before becoming the face of Channel 10’s National Youth Suicide Prevention campaign.Never one to sit still, Niika explored all forms of media which led to become radio host at NOVA Radio and later, the face of Westfields all over the country as MC of flagship events.Wildly ambitious and always on the go, Niika proudly produced her own show at Gasworks Theatre, 'Lay Me Down to Sleep' while completing her Bachelor of Science.Niika has collaborated with the esteemed OAM Alan Finney, recognised as the 'godfather of film,' within the domains of film distribution and nonprofit foundation work, championing the creation of Australian films through philanthropic endeavours.Brands worked with include BBC, ABC, Network 10, Headland Consultancy, federal and state governments contracts.
